These Terms of Use govern your access to the Dusk Wanderlust website and booking of our services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

Bookings require 50% deposit with balance due 30 days before tour. Payment accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Tours subject to minimum participant numbers (typically 2-4 guests).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 60+ days before departure: full refund minus 10% admin fee. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. Weather cancellations by Dusk Wanderlust: full refund or free rebooking. Travel insurance strongly recommended.

Tour Modifications

Dusk Wanderlust reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll provide comparable alternatives or refunds if significant changes occur.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must: disclose medical conditions affecting participation, follow guide instructions, provide accurate information, have appropriate travel insurance, arrive at designated meeting points on time, and respect cultural protocols on Indigenous experiences.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

Arctic travel involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and release Dusk Wanderlust from liability except where caused by negligence. Our liability is limited to tour costs. We maintain appropriate liability insurance.

Age Requirements

Minimum age requirements vary by tour: Classic tours 8+, Wilderness Package 12+, Photography workshops 16+, Private charters flexible. Minors must be accompanied by adult guardian.

Photography & Media

We may photograph/video tours for marketing. Notify us if you prefer not to be included. Guests may photograph tours but must respect Indigenous cultural photography restrictions on sacred site experiences.

Intellectual Property

Website content including text, images, logos is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of Yukon Territory and Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Yukon courts.
